At all the low-lying coastlines and residential areas, we often see many residents struggling to secure their homes and belongings against the massive bodies of water.

Now we present a patented product that can solve this problem for most people with individual properties.

The concept is a buried reservoir around the house in which the protective panels are pushed into a self-locking groove before the water comes. The panels are available in several heights.

  • The cassettes are provided on the inside with a continuous reservoir. It is equipped with pumps so that seepage water is pumped back to the outside. The gutter is covered by a grid at ground level.

  • The cassettes are assembled at a small angle so that the groove for the panels can have an even convex shape. The whole wall will have a convex shape from corner to corner. The convex shape causes the panels to only become stronger when the water pressure increases.

  • The cassettes are assembled in a strong corner section so that the shape is kept.

  • The panels are lightweight and can be easily and quickly slid into each other to provide maximum protection.

  • The advantage is that a "dry" zone can be created around the property, so that the residents can get in and out of their property. In addition, it also delays infiltration of water to the plinth through the ground.

  • If the water rises through an external sewer, or water comes from the roof that cannot run into the sewer system because it is full, the water flows into the reservoir where it is pumped out. It is better than filling the house with sewage.

  • The cassettes are attached simply and easily with a screw foundation through the holes in the bottom of the cassettes.

  • FloodFree construction is far cheaper than the damage of just a single flood.
